OUR STORY
From high school dreams to
Oakland county's premier exterior cleaning company
2023
from Humble Beginnings
After graduating high school, Luke stood at a crossroads between chasing his dreams or going to college, like many of his friends did. With only $500 to his name and his dad’s Costco pressure washer, Luke decided to follow a different path. He committed himself to building something of his own, which meant hard work and sacrifice. Hauling an old pressure washer in and out of his 2004 Crown Vic after every job, he began by running flyers door to door in his parents' neighborhood, securing his first few clients. What started as small neighborhood projects quickly became a mission to prove that success could be forged through grit, dedication, and a vision for excellence.

"Eclipse cleaning"
Originally called Eclipse Cleaning, Luke envisioned creating a company that offered not only quality service but also a great experience for each client. However, he soon learned that a brand needs to be more than just a name—it must embody a mission. This realization became clear as he earned repeat clients and received positive feedback. Luke’s clients appreciated his commitment to quality and honesty, sparking a deeper vision for his business.

The Winter Season Begins
a big step
Seeking growth and warmer weather, Luke took the company to Arizona during the winter months. In this new market, he quickly discovered that while residential pressure washing demand was low, window washing held untapped potential. Adapting to meet this demand, he refined his window washing skills and gained valuable experience. By May 2024, armed with new expertise, he returned to Michigan, ready to offer a full range of services in both pressure washing and window cleaning.

Arizona sported clear skies, amazing weather, and refreshing views.

A growing market
With the return to Michigan came an influx of opportunities, and Luke’s commitment to exceeding expectations began to yield incredible results. By going above and beyond, he found that clients felt more than satisfied—they felt like they had won something special. Referrals began pouring in, fueled by clients who described their experience as refreshing, trustworthy, and a “victory.” Inspired by this feedback and the impact of his work, Luke decided to rebrand the company. Eclipse Cleaning became Victory Exterior Cleaning, embodying the values of "Heroic Hospitality" and a promise to deliver a winning experience.

By focusing on quality, integrity, and client relationships, Luke’s business achieved six-figure revenue and positioned itself for even greater milestones in 2025. With each service, the company proudly fulfills its mission of “Leading You to Victory, One Wash at a Time.”
Luke’s journey from a one-man operation to a thriving business reflects the power of resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Victory Exterior Cleaning stands as a testament to the vision and hard work behind it, and a reminder that true success comes from serving others with integrity and purpose.

Returning to Arizona
With the next winter approaching, both Luke and Nathan left the state again, with Nathan returning to school and Luke heading back down to Arizona. During his time in Arizona, Luke continued to refine and grow the company, working jobs entirely by himself while Nathan helped behind the scenes.
The Vision for Victory grew significantly during this period and as Spring neared, the company was ready to service Oakland County again.
